He didn’t keep making the same style of music. That’s not the same thing as selling out. The early stuff is my favorite but I think Riptide and the Power Station record are great too, and they weren’t exactly conventional sounding at the time. I like the yacht rock middle years too. He was the man.

He changed his sound to the times. I like most of his catalog and Power Station was kick arse. Lonely Tonight is a constant spin for me
