Covert: Best podcast out there. Great insights to intense spy capers.
Truth and Justice: They take a case and try to solve it, or try to get someone wrongly convicted out of jail. The current episode deals with a lady accused of killing her husband and locking her self in a closet.
Casefile: Worldwide crimes. Their series on Original Nighstalker is the best I've heard.
Louisiana Eat and Greet: Local eateries in Louisiana. Good down home stuff.
Legends of the old west: If you like westerns.
Unsolved: Guy interviews family of missing people.
Court Junkie: Inside court proceedings on interesting crimes.

The Rewatchables on the Ringer Network.
They do a deep dive on movies that are a lot of fun to rewatch on HBO, Cable, Netflix, etc.. mostly post 1990, but occasionally do an older one if it hits a milestone anniversary. Some of my favorite episodes:
The Firm (dropped today)
All the Presidents Men
Jaws
The Departed
Rounders
True Romance
Taken
Training Day
Die Hard
Any Given Sunday
It’s essentially just buddies discussing why movies are good, what’s great about them, what’s ridiculous, factoids about casting, making of, etc.

FBI Retired Case File Review. Retired agents talking about cases they were involved with. Most are very interesting.
