My thoughts.... You're overthinking it.
Does your stream buffer, pause, or stop? No? You're good. You won't see an increase in quality with an increase in bandwidth. You're either getting 1080p or 4K or you're not.
If you were having trouble with streaming then I'd suggest replacing the Roku. Small streaming devices typically have crappy NICs.
