I figure if they had human intelligence any animal with great numbers..ants, mosquitos etc could wipe us out. They could build whatever they wanted to overcome whatever we threw at them, and build little bity houses to live in when it got too cold.

If ants had human level intelligence they definitely would have the ability to make the same type of stuff and more that humans are. They have incredible fine manipulation when working in teams.

Saltwater croc. Ambush predator on land or sea. Can kill and kill some more, then disappear from sight.

Warsps. Or yellow jackets. Or hornets.

Hell, any of the various spawns of Satan.

It already has it. Any human that gets in the water with a killer whale is a complete dumbass.

He is smarter than you and can swim better. You are just a toy

Pretty sure there are zero cases of orcas attacking/eating humans in the wild.

They only do that when we decide to put them in tiny fish tanks.

Cheetah

I'd still say a lion or tiger over a cheetah. Cheetah's are pretty small and simply built to run fast.

I would say any of the Apes. They already have the opposable thumb which is a huge advantage. If you give them human intelligence then you just have an animal that's as smart as us, waaaay stronger, but still able to do most things we can do.
