A thousand reps a day, any combination of exercises, for four weeks. Some guy on youtube did this.

Some people on Ross Enamait's board took dan johns 10k kb swings and compressed it into 10 days. Essentially 1000 kb swings a day for 10 days.

Most said it was different than the 4 week challenge in that you don't get many benifits from it other than mentally you become much stronger.
