Your not in a fight until there's pressure, resistance, overcoming...otherwise it is just an exhibition
Great fighters, when the fight came to them, they found a way.
Fast forward to 2:45

I've been using Tyson as a Bama metaphor today as well. Bama is knocking everybody out in the first round. IF LSU can take those first round punches and still be standing, we can be Buster Douglas.

What we do on their first 2 offensive possessions may very well set the tone for the game.

Ali vs Liston may be a better metaphor. Liston was considered unbeatable. Contenders had been scared to fight him for years.
NO ONE gave Ali (clay at the time) even the slimmest chance against Sonny Liston. Then Ali knocked him out. A year, later, Ali knocked him out again.

Prior to the first Tyson-Holyfield fight, no one gave Evander a shot a beating Tyson. I mean NO ONE. Remember, at that time Tyson KO’d McNeely, Mathis, Bruno and Seldon prior to that fight. During the fight, Holyfield withstood the first three round onslaught and went to work on Tyson with precision from the fourth round to the tenth which led to a TKO.
I see this game as a metaphor to Tyson-Holyfield I
