I’m not going to say I know. Likely something the special council’s office has not concluded investigating. Could be a lot of things. To date, this investigation has not gone on for an unusually long period of time.

I just heard Hannity say that Flynn has had less than $4000 donated to his gofundme legal defense fund. In comparison Peter Strock raised $400,000 in 2 days.

You waive the right to a trial when you enter a guilty plea. Not sure how it affects sentencing phase though
