Last week, in a thread about the chemical plants being planned in St James Parish, someone said that the state is looking at 4 laning hwy 3127 from I310 to Donaldsonville and extending it all the way to I 10 in Grosse Tete. I think this is something that should be done ASAP, as it would provide a bypass around BR for traffic heading toward Lafayette.

Anyone ever wonder why I-55 wasn't built on the west side of Maurepas to connect in with the Gramercy or Sunshine bridges?
