thanks man, just trying to make some positive changes. I'm tired of waking up all foggy with bloodshot eyes.

This is why I'm working on giving up drinking when I know I have to work the next day. Workin on it...it's a prOcess.

Good for you.

5-6 a night is definitely having both feet on the slippery slope. I find idle time and boredom are my downfall too. Also loving live music and people watching. On a scale from zero to barfly I am about a 5. At times a 7.

My hangovers now are getting worse and the sleep cycle is getting more disturbed as I get older. I wake up at 4 just in time to eat every second of my hangover. Has also triggered panic attacks too. While hungover.

Alcohol definitely alters your sleep cycle. Something you just didn’t give a shite about at 20. Just stay in bed til noon. Now I’ve got shite to do.
