It's actually because of the better quality sleep and may or may not continue.

the sleep has definitely been better quality. I don't wake up to piss at 1 am anymore. I had a dream that there were coyotes after my dogs and I woke up and had to go outside to check and make sure it was just a dream.

I sleep great when I drink a bit. If I have a few and go to sleep 2 hours later than I typically do, I can typically still wake up at the same time feeling the same. I tend to wake up here and there when completely sober, but will be out cold the whole night with a few drinks.

I don't drink very often though.
