Any of you OB baws driving the new 2017/18 Ford F-250 SD? I am in the market for a new pickup and would like to know what your likes or dislikes are for the new F-250. Also, if you have any dealer recommendations please let me know as well. Any insight is much appreciated!

I have a 17 F250 CC FX4. I bought it in April of 17 and it has 31k on it.
So far the truck has been flawless. The 6.7 has more power than anything I’ve driven before. The fuel mileage is 18 ish on the highway and 16.5-17 in town with the 3.55 rear end . It pulls my 52 hp tractor/fel/cutter/ trailer with no strain at all. The only complaint comes from my kids and that’s the height. They raised them for the 17 Model year. It’s stock with 18” tires and still a struggle for the little ones with steps. I’ve enjoyed it tremendously and plan on having it a long time. I purchased mine at Natchez ford in Natchez Ms. and they were fairly easy to deal with. We did everything over text message. I’d purchase there again .

Solid trucks. The only thing I would do is invest in a fuel water separator and filter. The 6.7's don't like nasty fuel. I plumb my own, using the large CAT filters and filter bases.

My buddy switched over from a Duramax to an '18 F250 and claims to never go back to GM.
He's obnoxious about how much he loves his damn Ford.
So there's that.

Bought a 2017 6.7 Lariat 4x4 a couple of weeks ago. Love the truck. Drove it to Destin the day after I bought and got 18 MPG. My truck was a new 2017. I worked the dealer down to 16% off MSRP. I had an in and out trade on my Tundra.
There are a few 2017 Lariats still on the lots. Natchez Ford has 2 2017 Lariats left.
FYI you can get the Ford extended warranty at cost by going to
Flood Ford ESP
I bought the 5 year 100K Premium care for $1700 from the dealer. They matched the Flood Ford price. The warranty is from Ford and not third party and can be used at any Ford dealership.
The new 2017 F250 basically has the same Cab as F150's. Any improvements that will go into F150's the F250 gets too. They moved the body up 2.5 inches to get rid of the hump in the crew cab. You can run 35's stock on the 2017 and up models.

Be wary of the fuel you put in it.
We’ve had to replace 2 fuel systems in our work trucks.

2018 F250 4x4 with the 6.2 and 4.30 rear end.
It's a mule. I love it, very satisfied with the 6.2 and 4.30 combination. Gets 15-16 mpg on the interstate at 65 and has tons of power.
Eta: it has a snow plow package and I could easily fit 37's on it without a leveling kit or anything. Damn thing is gigantic. It came from the factory with a very nice set of 33" good year wrangler all terrains

Bought a 17 6.7 in November of 16.
No major issues, but the water pump leaked ( a problem on early-build trucks) and they replaced it under warranty.
Very quiet on the highway.
When you change the fuel filters make sure you have less than a 1/4 of tank, otherwise you may issues draining the separator.

IMO - Best looking truck ever made! I sure wish I wasn't paying SJA tuition or I would have one
