i take nyquil pills but your body gets used to it after a while and you're not suppose to take it more than 2 weeks at a time(i do)
i notice i feel "out of it" or foggy and it lowers your heart rate. Also have noticed short term memory loss

I don't use it every night. Maybe once every 2 weeks or so.
