Go to Main Street, however I think the pride parade is going on, so I would get the hell out of downtown

Walk down St. Emanuel to Woodrow’s or Luckys in EADO. There’s a good BBQ place behind the stadium as well, can’t remember the name.

Once in the game:

St Arnold’s bar to start...sneak down to a seat in Crawford boxes.

Third inning or so move on to the Budweiser Bar and chill until the 7th inning.

Then get a beer and work your way right behind the Astros dugout, sit, and watch the last couple of innings.

That was my routine for years.

FWIW, if you find yourself without beer after they stop selling it, you can finish off at the Budweiser bar. They sell until the end. You just can’t leave the area with it.

Post game back at Woodrow’s. Call in sick Monday.

You should go to the museum district and educate yourself rather than imbibe on sinner beverages.

It's built up nicely over the years. When it first opened the choices were pretty limited. But many great options now, try a few and find your favorite.

Went to Citi-Field for a Mets game recently and there were more body shops than bars or restaurants in close proximity. Never seen so limited a selection near an MLB stadium.
