I'll say this as well, I've been squarely on the other side of most fans of LSU doesn't need to be competing for national titles each year, or they don't need to host every year. It's ok to have an off year, as long as that off year doesn't become multiple off years and there is a huge decline in your program.

On the other hand though, there is no reason for LSU to fall behind the times with it's baseball facility. We should be at the top, and if we get behind then we should make the necessary renovations to stay at the top. "Rentable seat cushions" seems like a slap in the face to fans.

How long would it take the Box to look like this? With all the old worn out, faded seat cushions scattered everywhere:

This year the chairbacks in Tiger Stadium will be new and will be purple.

Not gonna lie. I always got excited when I'd walk by Tiger Stadium and saw all the seat cushions put back in. Always made me think the season was almost here. That's also literally a terrible reason to keep them.
