Up until 5 years ago, East Palo Alto (San Mateo County), one of the most violent cities in the USA-Palo Alto (Santa Clara County) one of the most affluent cities in the USA and home to Stanford University. Separated by a 20-foot wide creek bed.

I was actually going to say Bessemer/Mtn Brook. Ensley is technically just a neighborhood within Birmingham.

If we’re doing Ensley/Mountain Brook, then any ghetto part of a city can be compared with the richest suburb of the same city. They’re always night and day different.
