Bench 3x5x185, 5x225, 3x245, 1x265, 1x275 New 1RM!!!, 5x225, 6x185, 15x135

A buddy was there so I went for that 1RM. Feels great.

Squat 3x5x245

Rope triceps 3x10x80, 90, 100

Rope curls 3x19x80, 90, 100

DB flies 3x10x50s

AB curls 2x10x65, 1x15x65
