At least win the SEC West and beat Bama with a major bowl win. Preferably a CFB playoff appearance. Same standards we held the previous coach to.

With this schedule? A competent passing game with 9+ regular season wins and a top 5 recruiting class landing almost all of the state's top recruits. Next year win the West. Ain't happening though

Win the west would go a long way. Winning the SEC championship would bring me on board the O train. If he can win at least one SEC championship, the hire will not have been a failure.
