I agree. Those 500,000 deaths caused by cigarettes each year are ridiculous.
That's over 1300 people that die EACH AND EVERY DAY!!!
when are you going to say enough is enough about the item that singlehandedly kills more people in a single day than those horrible ar15s kill in a DECADE?

Ban cell phones now!
Don’t forget cars and trucks, got to ban those too.
There’s no amendment pertaining to phones and automobiles. Add alcohol to the list as well. How many people are killed by drunk drivers every day?

Gunny hasn’t been dead a week and men already forgetting which is their rifle and which is their gun.

Not possible - Waffle House is a gun free zone

Maybe if everyone had guns like the 2 officers gunned down at the Chinese restaurant in Florida...or 5 in Dallas.

I agree. If everyone would have been armed instead of just the police, the murderers would not have gotten far.

Or all the soldiers that stormed the beach at Normandy, right?
You make cubbies look smart.

Since it was not jumped on by the masses here, you can probably accurately guess.

Um, 25 state governments have enacted bans on smoking in all work sites, restaurants and bars and 11 other states have also enacted smoking bans only granting exemptions to certain establishments such as bars. That's all happened since 2002 by the way. There used to be virtually no state laws about smoking in public places before that time. At worst, there were designated areas for smoking in restaurants and workplaces and that was basically it. So there's been a huge change in smoking restrictions over the last 10-15 years.

Cool.
Still kills more people in a day than ar15 and similar rifles kill in a decade.
Edit. Also, all your little workplace bans do, is stem second hand smoking deaths. Which, while I applaud the attempt, it still kills 46,000 people every year. Which is 10,000 more than total firearm deaths (including suicide).
These regulations do absolutely zero to stop half a million people from dying each year due to cigarettes.

Not a single one has made it harder to purchase and own cigarettes. Let the group know when vending machines full of Glocks start popping up bars.
