Just another Leftist thug who hates human freedom, couldn't run a hot dog cart but knows how to be a sloganeer and thug it up when somebody disagrees.
How he views the Free Press-"We will shut it down," Díaz-Canel said of one website. "Let the scandal ensure. Let them say we censor. Everyone censors here."
How he views the Castros-"If we took the oath that Fidel would always be with us...this work must become a bulwark, so that in the process of training young people, they are able to channel our comandante both in their sentiments and daily actions"
How he views economic freedom-I always tell the comrades... with whom I work together in this whole confrontation with the counterrevolution : the day we cut the money, the counterrevolution ends.

It’s interesting that this was announced on the 57th Anniversary of the Bay of Pigs Invasion. I don’t know if that’s a shot at the Clowns or symbolic for the people that wanted to remove the Castros all those years ago.

Canal was 3rd in command behind Raul for many years. No suprise here.
Maybe Cuba can change but 7 diplomats from Canadian Embassy in Havana flew home after having some transmitter device used on them. Same thing happened at the US embassy a few months back.
