This. Hands down. Get the golf cart and booze and cruise.
You will have to taste test your way through the food at EPM. Some of it is pretty lame. Some is decent. Some is good.
The hobie cat sail boat rentals were fun too.
I also think I called ahead and requested top shelf bottles to be in the room on arrival.

There is supposedly a new-ish zero tolerance rule for golf carts and drinking on Isla Mujeres. There are supposedly dwi checkpoints where you will be asked to blow. So be careful with boozing and cruising in the cart.
