I am looking at purchasing a new TV. I get Sony's at cost so was looking at picking up the A9F that is about to be released but have heard about image burn in. Anyone have experience with this?

OLED burn in does happen. I haven't seen it on an A1E yet and the A8F is the same display. Maybe their OLEDs haven't been around long enough to see it happen as often as other brands.

You've had to post a half dozen threads on here about buying a Sony TV from your dealer buddy. What happen with that deal you had two model years ago with the matching custom sound bar ? That sounded like a deal.

I've probably said it in everyone of your threads but I'd buy a Z9D. Not because I fear the burn in but b/c I like the picture better.

I've been following a series about OLED burn in on this channel. They have been testing 6 identical LG panels.

I have an LG OLED. I have the channel 9 logo burned in. Been researching how to get rid of it but no luck yet.
