I don't know this guy, but if he's moving to Dallas unless he's coming from another big metro, he probably can't afford UP/HP, and I'm not sure why you think there's nothing in Plano, there's tons of shite there. It may not be things you like, but it's still there.

I’m trying to compare it to where I know he’s around. Prosper is probably the best area to compare. I just don’t like Plano. Or Denton

Yeah no offense to OP but if he's looking in Mesquite I don't think the park cities are a reasonable option
