Plano is not bad just the Toyota plant. I think you should look in Prosper Southlake and HP/UP

Dallas is a shithole. They can't figure out how to complete interstate construction at all. It's a mess.

I don't know this guy, but if he's moving to Dallas unless he's coming from another big metro, he probably can't afford UP/HP, and I'm not sure why you think there's nothing in Plano, there's tons of shite there. It may not be things you like, but it's still there.
