If guns do not kill people (and I am on the side that they are inanimate objects and do not) then video games do not kill people (and I agree that they do not).
It seems hypocritical to make both of those claims and I think a fair amount of conservatives do.
I grew up playing FPSs. Crazy people are crazy. Guns and video games didn't make them that way.

video games are not making kids kill people. Video games and movies are not convincing people to kill. The reason things are getting more common today imo (yes my opinion) is there are more and more kids without any structure or home life. Lack of father figures in their lives, lack of structure and any sense of morals and lack of empathy for others
