Pooping on flights make me nervous. I'd definitely be pooping on that flight

I did LA to Auckland when I was a kid. Air New Zealand business class. They had thick wool covered seats that felt like sitting on a cloud. It was awesome.

That lavatory is gonna have an awful stench at the end of that flight.

Especially with the slop in the OP's pics

- Eat, drink, watch movie for a few hours
- Take Ambien and sleep 6-8 hours
- Eat, drink, watch movie for a few hours

Really not as bad as you think if you do it like that. Or read a book.

I'm doing Atlanta to Johannesburg this summer. Prayers sent to me.

The longest flight I've been on was LAX to Aukland. We had engine trouble to start off the trip to boot. they fixed it and said good luck on your long flight!

Now that is a fricking trek. Did you de-board or just stay on the plane for refueling?

I'd have to run laps through the aisles

If you were the sonofabitch who kept calling me crawfish on the sing air flight, we may fight

My method is Jim Beam for 8 hours and a tom Clancy novel. Then jim beam and water for another 8 hours for the second leg.

By the time you hit singapore, you're sober and smell like the most American thing on the planet

You deboard in Moscow. But you do get frisked by smoking hot Russian women

One of the plusses of those types of flights is that I have found that your jet lag is minimal. I fly to Auckland every 2-3 years to see my family in NZ.....it's a bitch of a flight even from Los Angeles....you end up being stiff in all of the places that it's not fun to be stiff in

Apparently there are no direct flights from Singapore to NYC.

I thought that route was announced just a couple of months ago actually.

My longest time was 33 hours but it involved two layovers. Kilimanjaro to Amsterdam to JFK to Dulles. That sucked.

Air New Zealand? When I go it usually takes about 13 hours direct.....if you are connecting in Honolulu minimum of 17 hours.....after about 8 hours in the air I always have a small freak out because I keep thinking the damned plane is going to run out of fuel at 38,000 feet.

Houston to Moscow isn't exactly short

I did Singapore IAH-Moscow-Singapore with 102 hour layover in Moscow. Basically 24 hours of fun.

Longest straight flight LAX to Singapore which is 17-18

I’ve done the US to Beijing a dozen or so times. When going back to the US (if I flew through Chicago which is where I typically flew out of), you’d land at roughly the same time you took off. My strategy was to do an all night bender, get to the airport, take off at 6:00 in the morning and immediately go to sleep on the flight. Then when I wake up, I’ve fooled my body largely into thinking I’m back in Beijing. My parents hated me doing this. I almost missed one flight doing it.
