There’s no excuse for that kind of behavior and I hope the attacker gets what is coming to him but something tells me there’s more to the story.

I want to know who started the beef here. Not picking Sides but I've seen a lot of olds who take liberties out there on the roads.

Yeah, just look at him. You can see the guilt all over he old dude's face. He was probably talking pretty big when he called that young dude out, tried sucker punch him and missed...now that he got his asskicked, he's giving us that "oh, I'm just a poor innocent old man minding my own business" look. Busted.

Was still pending final adjudication last time I saw that friend and that was after I left the car dealer so the detail man (who, unlike his cousin, was a truly nice guy) had no info other than his cousin kept getting delays by firing lawyers and mental evals and stuff. Detailer said his cousin was anti-social gang banger type crazy but not the legally insane kinda crazy. Seems like he said the cousin had been shot and crippled sometime after he attacked my co-worker/friend too.
Last I heard from the friend/co-worker he had hit-and-run a parked a couple of cars after drinking at a bar and was heading to Dallas to avoid being discovered and charged. Yeah, he was a serious alcoholic.
