If you wear dress shirts every day I don't see how you don't. I wear v-necks and you'd never know I had an undershirt on if I didn't tell you. I'm not ruining my $100 or better shirt or going to work with discolored shirts from sweat.

With that said, crew neck undershirts under anything look dumb. Only with a tie should you ever wear those.

I wear them under button ups and cotton polos but not dry fit
Same here but I rarely wear dry fit because it feels weird to not be wearing a t-shirt. I always wear t-shirts. I 've never worn or owned "wife-beaters."

it's too damn hot in Louisiana to be wearing an undershirt

Exactly. Why am I wearing this linen if I lose the functionality with a cotton shirt underneath.

He's probably not leaving his top three buttons unbuttoned like you.

It's increasingly possible to purge like 90% of cotton from your life, so undershirts are an easy thing to cut

I see dudes sweating their arse off with a cotton polo on a cotton undershirt and it just makes no sense

No. But, I don't see how that comes in to play here.

Only under dress shirts. Unless I'm wearing them with two buttons open. V neck all the way

Under dress shirts. I don’t see the point of an undershirt under a dry fit type polo.

Everyone does realize a competent dry cleaner can get those out, right?

No they can't. They wear on your shirt and make it look like shite. They make can get the yellow out, but your shirt is still going to be discolored and look bad.

My waistline is getting snug enough. I can't fit another shirt in there.
