I'm giving them a chance because it's the only thing we have left. They're here, whether we like it or not, for likely the next two seasons at least. Just hope for the best.
For the record, I think Ensminger will do a fine job as OC. I just don't think his ceiling is as high as a Briles or Canada.

I get it. O wants to give his buddies a big payday before they are sent out to pasture. But don’t tell the fans that your plan is to hire the best cood in the country. Nobody made him say those words. He chose to say it. Ensminger is a great guy and bleeds purple and gold. Johnny Jones was a great guy who bled purple and gold too. Ensminger said he doesn’t even know what kind of system he is going to run. How in the world can a guy who doesn’t even have a system of his own in place even be considered for a job at a upper level D1 college?
