Jay Campbell’s Metabolic Blowtorch Diet is better for me than Leangains or Warrior. Eat carbs around workout and IF on rest days. If you’re really fat then IMO you need the smaller meals bodybuilder type diet, for nothing more than to train yourself and your belly to ingest smaller portions. If you are fat then consuming your caloric requirement in just a few meals can be a recipe for disaster.
