Isnt about a team. As someone who loves the ideal of this country Trump's election shows me that there are about 35 percent of people here (the hard cores.. Which i dont count you in btw)...that i share nothing with.

Perhaps your ideal isn’t our ideal. Perhaps it isn’t even the American ideal at all.

Trump's behavior is out there, but his ideology is a mix of very standard stuff we have seen in American politics. His tax plans are standard republican stuff, as are his views on regulations, guns, etc. I don't think he gives a shite about abortion or gay marriage.

His views on immigration are certainly not unprecedented. Go on youtube and look at bill clinton's address to congress in 1993. Calls for border wall and (false) assertion that immigration is bad for wages.

People voted for trump for the same reason you voted for clinton. They thought he would improve their lives and make us safer and more prosperous.

It's not healthy to have such a low opinion of your fellow countrymen. You'd be surprised at how friendly they are.

You claim its not, then you make it about the team.

You know trump voters and you probably share a few characteristics. The media has created this divide which doesnt exist in real life.

I know bernie, trump and hillary voters who are good people and just think differently than i do.

He isnt at all the "deal maker" dems wished republicans had. We wanted someone moderate who actually had ideas to make the country better. Not a brain dead populist appealing to the worst aspects of American culture.

You have spent your entire life living far away from the places that gave trump his victory: manufacturing towns, rural areas, etc. You have literally zero clue about their daily struggles, their personal lives, and why they think the way they do.

Please stop generalizing such horrid images of these people.

Why would I trust a liberal that could possibly shoot me when I show up for different political beliefs?

We could have the mods hold the info and do it safely.

you people are being herded and dont realize it.

Most trump voters just wanted to damage political correctness and the Republican establishment. This fantasy yall gave about culture is hilarious.

I hear the message loud and clear. "Our skills went out of date in the tech economy. Immigrants stole our jobs. Im tired of racism and sexism being taboo"
