He said coach not motivator. Dale Brown was a shitty x/o guy. If you were around when Brown pissed away some of the talent he had you'd understand.

Dale Brown had some great qualities, but he was a piss poor bench coach. Too early to tell if Wade is better, but he could easily be better than Dale in putting LSU in the best position during game conditions without too much difficulty.

Dale Brown was a great motivator but not an X and O coach. Hopefully CWW will be a real coach in a close game.

Dale Brown was a dumpster fire other than the mid and late 80's. Put the program thru hell in the early 90's. Please stop with the Dale Brown stats. Great recruiter, great motivator. Coached on the level of Johnny Jones though. I'll never forget LSU being up by 30 points on Kentucky only to have Kentucky come back and win the game because Dale Brown was coaching. Horrible.

Dale Brown had a great NBA caliber team and could not win it. Best college team ever assembled!
