Can we revisit the Alpha thing?

It’s fun. I like it. It gets me all tingly up my leg.
The board is in agreement: Trump is an alpha.
But that’s not the case. There are not multiple alphas. He isn’t “an” Alpha. He is “the” Alpha. There is one alpha per group. You’re in the Trump group.
It’s fun to say “Trump is an alpha, and I can, too!”, but it’s also how he got suckers to buy into any number of things.
Quick summary: You can’t salivate over Trump being an Alpha without being a Beta. The whole point is there’s one leader, and the lesser, I guess men, follow them.

He doesn't have time to be the alpha at lower levels.

Your idiotic premise would also conclude there is only one alpha wolf in the entire world. Go ahead and tell your boss that the CEO is the only boss in your organization so you will do whatever you want unless the CEO orders you differently.
This is idiotic and a disgrace to the Institute. I do not believe you attended and if you did I do not believe you graduated and if you did I would assume it took you 6 years and if you did I very much doubt you graduated with honors.
