The question was about little to no comment on what happened in Nigeria altogether and why Trump had hardly a mention of them on Twitter, press conferences, etc.
The whole issue of phone calls were brought up in the last few years by righties and Russian trolls. Asking about calls to police officers, Steinle family, etc.
Thinking over the last century where telephones were fairly common, about half of the years involved so many deaths that it would be impossible to call. As Kelly said, the phone call from the President isn't even important to survivors in the grand scheme of things.
