Roof and piers are probably fricked, 125-150 to make it nice. And I dont see any off skreet parking.

If I was OT rich and didn't live close to the shithole that is Nawlins, I think it would be cool to have it shipped away and made into a southern style pool house.

Being that I live relatively close to NOLA, I look at it see nothing but poverty and crime.
