i wouldn't build any 2000 sq ft home that outkicks the price per sq ft most dsld homes in area go for. that's legit advice.

I was serious too. If you overspent on the lot and now you think you're going to stick the builder to a tight budget, you're going to be very stressed out. And you won't hook a good builder.

It's pay to play with builders in Ascension. Or you pay less and have to be at your property, cracking a whip, daily.

Dude, by the time you sift through the bullshite answers you get on this site you'll be too worn out to comprehend the truly helpful ones. Lot of goofy kids who got lots of time on their hands come to play here!
