Were he and his wife (former coach) married when she quit? It seems weird that he would take the job knowing first hand the reasons she quit. Did the administration change during that time?

she quit to stay home with her kids and do more teaching/coaching/mentoring with individuals. They were splitting the HC salary and I think when she left he got all of the HC salary so they didn't lose anything and she got her freedom to be more involved with her own kids.
