NCAA didn't give a crap about Bush getting a house from some wannabe third rate agent.

All they talked about in their report was open practices and celebrities and recruiting advantage because of said celebrities.

But you can have a giant Advertisement for your school with LeBron?

NCAA doesn't know what the frick it's doing. It always tries to moderate unfair advantage based on prestige and success but you can't do that.

Certain markets will always have an advantage. And certain schools based on prestige.
