Yep, ate at Tradice tonight. Classic Czech food, great atmosphere. Pigs knees was delicious fall off the bone texture and flavor A+. Staying in Andel area across the river not far from old town. Passed on the ”Pot of Pig” which was probably a mistake but I couldn’t get volunteers to join me and it served 4.

Hit up a bar called Kolkovne (not far from the square). Order a pretzel and their goulash soup. Wash it down with a Kozel. Can’t beat it.
