Deadlifts are just pure buttery smooth for me. Really any pulling movement.

Barbell pressing is incredibly hard for me at times. The bench is just not a natural lift for me. I am working hard to correct this. Dumbbell pressing on the other hand feels good.

Squats, I'm not sure of. I remember my first year under the bar at like 14 years old, squats were scary and awkward. I've done it so many times and so many variations at this point it just happens. I think once I mastered the overhead squat, thats when I got comfortable.

I like bent over rows. My back seems to be stronger than other parts of my body. I also like squats...they feel smooth most of the time and I've never struggled with range of motion issues like a lot of people do.

Deadlifts seem to be my most un-natural. I don't really struggle to do them, I just never feel like my form is right. I've also never gotten to a point where they're so heavy that I risk injury if my form *is* off
