Honestly though, I don't do enough "fine dining" in BR to really say for sure. It's been a while since I've been to any of the 5 I mentioned.
Also considered:
Overpass Merchant
Nino's
Zorba's
Ruth's Chris
Fleming's
Maison Lacour (another one I haven't been to in a LONG time... need to go back...)
Beausoleil
LA Lagniappe
