I attended a function today where it was presented that sweet, sweet Barbara Norton will soon be term-limited out of the seat she currently holds.

Can't she either simply switch from house/senate/house/senate or even from party to party to avoid ever leaving the legislature? (please please please) Her, er um uh, "wisdom" is surely needed at the state level.

The law says she "shall" be term limited. It don't say she got to be term limited.
