Looks like at least 2 of the Red Sox guys were playing organized ball and pulled.

Although I thought I read somewhere that the investigation into Maitan initially was thought to reveal nothing of note.

I think the investigation is more about the year before Maitland where we skated the rules so that we weren't hard capped and able to sign him
