This is what I said on the other board. coaching is a problem, but when I'm seeing players jogging to the ball on defense, that's a problem in itself.

You know the fans aren't the only ones who likely realized last November that the coaching hire was stupid

Hell this might explain some of the attrition

Horse shite. It is the coaches responsibility to maintain accountability with the players. It start & ends up top with the head guy. The on field results are a direct result of the practice environment. O has bragged about how much less physically demanding practices are. He got rid of the Big Cat drill. We are witnessing the fallout from this. If practices are now less demanding & players are loafing around, it shows up on the field on Saturdays.

A lack of physicality? Some people thought Big Cat was unnecessary & a huge waste of time but it brought energy to the players but the bigger asset Big Cat brought to the table was from a mental perspective. It was man against man. I will whoop your arse or go down fighting. With Big Cat gone, so is that mindset. This team gets whooped on so many one on one matchups. The players lay down & don't fight back because it isn't instilled into them by the staff. Thanks O.
