If we arrive early to the Old Front 9 area should we have much problem parking and getting set up or are all the spots tapped off the night before?

What do you consider early?
You should be able to park there no problem if you get out there before 10:30 or so. You can tailgate behind your car or walk on the other side of the green fence and find a spot without much of an issue.

I don't think you should have any problem. Fan moral is low, so I wouldn't expect a lot of traffic before noon.

The parade ground will probably be empty cause of the new restrictions. You could probably tailgate there.

Easily. Fan support is at a post-2003 low. You'll to park out there till probably 11 at the latest. 10am and you'll be more than fine.

that's where I tailgate. it was dead last week, should be the same this week. LSU ADMIN has killed tailgating compare to 10 years ago. weather should be awesome. you shouldn't have a problem. if it isn't roped off, you are good.

Of course, the earlier you get there, the more chance you have of getting a good spot. You shouldn't have much trouble though, with fan morale being low and this not being a big game. Get there before 10:00 and you should be golden for sure.

There will be little to no traffic and parking should be easy. You will have no trouble. Seriously. Last week I drove in at noon and it was extremely easy.

They've ruined tailgating. Word hasn't reached out side the Louisiana borders yet? The administration doesn't want you to have fun anymore. Best to skip it. Go to a bar until game time

There is a parade on Saturday right? I'm guessing some people will be out early for that, but most probably wouldn't park where you are talking about being.
