When the janitor at work puts the toilet paper on the holder the wrong way....I usually just flip it over.
Oh..and those jumbo sized toilet paper dispensers that rip the paper every 3 sheets.

Have some fricks in my office that deliberately take the roll off of the holder and use it that way...I think who in the frick wants to stick their fingers in there after that.
