What the frick is this shite? We can talk about it until the level of discomfort is insane...but then what? And I don't even think it's that the conversation is uncomfortable, rather it's the people bitching want to make your average Joe whitey feel uncomfortable.

I see the downvotes will reign in, but instead...someone explain why the conversation is so uncomfortable?
I think it's just annoying. I can't take people seriously who cry about racism and privilege, but turn a blind eye to black on black crime, poor family structure, and generations of excuses for a lack of success.
