I woulndnt go with half, but probably 5-7.
Mike Glennon, Case Keenum(in for Bradford), Josh McCown, Jay Cutler, and Brian Hoyer are guys Id say he is definitely better than.
Deshawn Kizer(rookie) and Jacoby Brisset(young guy) are two guys that he is probably better than but Id take them because of their upside.

List me 15, I'll wait.
If he's so good why did he go 2-14? Read option is dead, the king of running it was cam and its being changed because it takes a toll on the body. Teams like Cleveland are trying to tank as well as try to develop a young player they invested in. He's not going to win them 7 games but he's gonna win a game or two more than Kizer and that's not good for them.
Andy Dalton has no OL so Kaep won't be better. Watson is a rookie. Bradford has played better the last 2 years. Wentz and Goff are young but shown a lot of progress going into year 2. Alex Smith is a better manager.
So I'll wait for the 15. I can name maybe 5, but he's not such a clear upgrade that will make a team a playoff caliber team. That's a fact.
