I popped in each day and quickly scanned the post titles, then bolted on the quick.

Maybe cracked open 4-5 threads at best since Sunday.

No score prediction thread, no lookalike thread, no shite-talking the opposing QB thread.

This place feels empty.

Yep, it's hard to process feelings about that loss when you come to tRant. Best to stay clear until you've sorted it out for yourself.

I made several posts right after the loss trying to calm people down but the dam had burst. the hatred and vitriol expressed to coach O was disgusting. of course, aranda got some and Canada got a lot.

then I gave up and popped in a couple of times but it was still not worth reading. the reaction to that game was an astounding amount of pure hate. the Cajun haters were the worst. and of course the crowd that hated the selection from the get go was just crowing about how smart they are.

LSU football had really become stale under Miles. it isn't stale now. no matter what is said this is a young team that miles had failed at recruiting on the lines. coach O came in and has helped that recruiting, esp the dline but it takes time. and injuries have really hurt that dline.

it is what it is. we aren't going to win it all this year but I love my Tigers and I'm sick of the immature babble on here. no matter what happens on the year, this website ain't what it used to be. the haters have killed it.

Me. I waited three days, for my own recovery as well as to let the sh*tposting die down. I’d recommend this three day waiting period for anyone. I finally joined back though because I realized that it wasn’t just me that was pissed, but all my friends in Tiger Nation.

The SECr, however, I’m still avoiding like the plague. I only clicked over there with blinders on so that I could make my ATS picks.

I constantly check the rant, yet I found myself staying away from it this week as well. The stupidity in the majority of the LSU fan base on this sight is mind numbing. People not only don't understand football, but they don't understand sports in general.

I've popped in and out. The content cuts both ways.

The people upset about the O hire can be over the top at times, but so can the people defending O with the shifting narrative of a rebuild and questioning your loyalty, support, etc.

It's people going through what could be a seasons long process depending on how this plays out.

Didn't avoid but this week has been strange even for after a loss. Usually by mid week talk turns to the next game. There's been almost none leading up to tomorrow. Don't think I've seen it quite like this before....
