Fish have already started their transition back to the marsh. IAP is more of an early summer pattern area as another poster said. Next time go through 3 mile cut and go south. More towards interior Biloxi Marsh. Might increase your odds a bit. I fished the Bob's Lakes area Labor Day Weekend and it was chock full of 10-11 inch trout. They're on the move.

3 mi pass to Elephant pt pass is my route for going offshore. I guess I should have just done that. Is Martin Is, Mitchell key, Comfort Is, and etc any good this time of year? Or is the bite further South and/or east.
