Judging on your meal regiment I'd suggest doing some research on the harm sugar does to your body. If you're starting off your day with OJ (sugar) then you're setting yourself up to crash and fail.
Next observation, where are the vegetables? Might want to start with 2 whole servings of leafy green veggies or something actual nutritional benefit. Sugar and carbs are only going to stand in the way of getting healthier.
Finally, and sorry if my comments are coming off as rude or discouraging, I'm just trying to give some constructive criticism, but you gotta cut out the fried foods. Eating sugar all day and carb loading with fried foods at night is only going to impede your progress to becoming healthier.
Last, but not least, consult your doctor about your blood levels and see if he has any diets to recommend for you specifically since we don't know enough to properly advise you.
Good luck man!

ETA: Drink more water. I like to drink 8-16 oz of water first thing when I wake up. By the day's end I typically end up around 120-160 oz.

any feedback is good. I know that my diet is terrible. That was something I was going to work on as well.
